I love peanut butter. The hottest and easiest cookie recipe in the blogosphere is definitely Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies. With only three ingredients, this frugal cookie bursts with peanut butter goodness. It is a great cookie for those nights you are watching Real Housewives: New Jersey and want homemade cookies fast. You’ll most likely have these ingredients in your house already. These are table-flipping good!

Flourless Peanut-Butter Cookies
From Recipes.com

• 1 cup peanut butter (I think creamy works better)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 egg

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine ingredients and drop by the teaspoonfuls onto the cooking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
I recommend making these mini-cookies for better snacking, plus their just cuter.

Feel free to go crazy with this recipe:
